Refund & Returns Policy

At Smamy Webify, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. However, since we sell digital non-tangible irrevocable goods, we generally do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: If we fail to start your order within 72 hours of the purchase date.
Major defects: Although all our services are tested, unexpected errors may occur. If we cannot fix the issue within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued.
Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported to our support team within 7 days from the date of the purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We DO NOT offer refunds if:

Your account is set to "Private" during delivery.
You provided an incorrect link (URL) at checkout.
You change your username while the order is in progress.
You purchase the same service from another provider simultaneously (this confuses the server).

3. Refill Policy (Lifetime Guarantee)

While refunds are limited, we offer a robust Lifetime Refill Guarantee for many of our services (marked as "Non-Drop").

If your followers, likes, or views drop below the purchased amount, simply contact us with your Order ID, and we will refill the loss free of charge. This warranty is valid for the lifetime of your account.

4. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and the system has started processing it, it cannot be canceled. If the order is stuck or pending for more than 48 hours, you may request a cancellation and refund to your wallet or bank account.
